Question about Washing Machines
Generally, the final rinse is a bit longer than the others, and may last about a minute. It is not so healthy for clothes to keep it inside the unit till last rinse. I suggest turn off the rinse after 1 or 2 or a maximum 3. Now to your problem. It seems like a problem of your board which fails to cut off supply at high speed. The final rinse will stop but it will take many times longer than normal. You can repair the board and it will be moderately expensive. If the model is an old one, it will be very difficult to get its spare parts.

Check your outlet filter, most likely it is blocked, preventing the water from draining out. Chk your pump too. Before this disconnect from the wall socket; and also check the pipe coming from the tub to the filter. Siphon out the excess water from inside the machine before you open the pipes.

the drain pump is not working, after wash cycle the washer should drain the used water,if it does not function-all the next cycle will not commence.
