Question about Perstel Chic MP-10MP3 Player
Windows Vista won't recognize my MP10 FE100 mp3 player. The instructions say that Windows 2000, ME, and XP don't need drivers, but my Windows 7 won't recognize it as a drive.
Please try to reinstall the drivers on your port once again. If there is any u necessary and conflicting add ons please remove/ uninsall them,Later try to put the device back into a different port. if you are not able to get recognition please try this device on another PC to cofirm if the device is faulty. If not you will need to restore your PC to an earlier date point or reinstall windows again.I hope this solves your issue. good day
