Question about Heating & Cooling
Possibly an electrical fault,
Check there is a demand from the indoor unit, all time delay relays functioning, and PCB boards operating correctly, may be an inverter fault. I would advise a HVAC company to attend site as these can be difficult to diagnose over the net.
