How do I repair a stuck transmission?

If your absolutely sure all the bolts are out, then it is hung up on the guide pins. One on each side. You can spray some lube in them, it helps some what, Usually the second and thirds holes from the bottom are the guide pin holes. Then you will just have to pry/ wiggle them loose. I pry them open just a bit and insert a screw driver in the crack. Just keep wiggling it until it comes off.

I am trying to release the housing on the rear right so I can change the turn signal bulb. I've taken the screw out of the housing on the outside of it. Does it pull out now or what? can't get it to...

If it is like my buick you have to remove the whole light assembly. It bolts through the body. Inside the trunk, probably behind the inside covering there are probably around 3 nuts that go to the bolts holding the assembly on. You may need deep well sockets to reach them. Once you have loosend the assy you can reach the bulbs.

Hope that helps.

70000 mile brakes ware not even. this never happen in other trucks what size t takes front off and does a 19 socket take back off back brakes I plan to have them cut and change pads

The rear caliper cradle bolts are 18mm. A 19 may round the bolts off a bit.As far as them wearing unevenly we see this alot on the dual piston calipers. This may be due to rust underneath where the pads sit on the cradle. On the caliper cradle you will see some silver tin caliper hardware where the pads sit remove these and check for rust that may have built up benath these and clean if necessary. Once those are clean apply a thin coat of caliper lube then reinstall the caliper hardware. Make sure to also lubricate the hardware with lube before reinstalling your pads.Last but not least apply lubricant to the caliper guide pins. This will reduce that uneven wear you were referring to.

My tractor cuts uneven when i am cutting my yard

Check your blades common problem with uneven cut is a bent blade. Next find a level spot like a padio and take a torpedo level place it on the front center side to side not front to rear. On one side or the other you should see a J(jay) bolt with a nut tighten to raise losen to lower.

91 Olds custom cruiser front shocks

There are 2 ways to solve your problem. One mechanic friend of mine always used his deep socket and snapped the shaft, freeing the top end of the shock. If you prefer to loosend the bolt, hold the shaft with pliers in one hand while loosening the bolt with the other. Both methods work equally as well. Best of luck.

Cutting unevenly

Set the mower on a known flat piece of concrete. Now look at the deck and the support connections where the deck hangs from from the mower. Should be adjustments such as pins with clips or threaded bolt hangers which will allow you to raise or lower the corner of the deck which is low or high. Conversely you could have put a blade in upside down or left out a washer making one blade higher than the other. Usually an owner's manual will detail this process. As you just changed your blades, as opposed to wear and tear, likely you did not put it back together exactly as you took it apart.

I need to change a alternator in a kia sedonna 2002 how hard is it

Are you ready I wasn't but I found out how and I did first vehicle in on a small ramp two 2x8 high because you'll have two drain your rad a bit now back on top vehicle in park disconnect battery cable , disconnect fan and horns , unbolt main support cross member between headlamps and remove, front hood lacht all have to be removed , remove upper rad hose from rad and thermastat housing so you can remove rad fans four bolts on each fan on drivers side one on top one on bottom two on side very difficult to get the one on bottom side , alternator tension pulley to release belt 14mm nut located center of the pulley has to be loosend off directly underneath the pulley is a 14mm bolt that will loosen or tighten the pulley loosen off the tension and remove the belt , undo bolts to alternator upper bracket has to be tacken off the cylinder head to give you more clearence bottom bolt and alternator have to angle out together replaceing alternator bottom bolt work the bolt partially in then place alternator in position when placing passenger side fan I found cutting a notch at the side bolt holes and setting bolts in acouple of threads then sliding the fan in place work quite well then tighten all the bolts was easier they charge three hours for this job it took me a little longer working in the rain
