Water got on my lg cookie screen and now the touch doesn't work

go to any service centre they will oil it and remove the water droplets gathered there.

Gently bend it like you're trying to split it with screen facing upwards or squeeze around the camera. Amusing solution but it works. recalibrate your touch settings afterwards (menu>settings>touch settings) for perfect operation

you must replace the touch screen else anythingcan't be done......

It sounds like it needs a new LCD. The front fascia which you touch includes the touchscreen digitizer but it sounds like the LCD which is a different component and is what the visual part of the screen. You can find these online and attempt the repair yourself or bring it to a mobile phone repair centre.

Sounds like a broken digitzer, this is the front fascia. You can bring it to a mobile repair centre and get it replaced, or attempt it yourself. Should however still be under warranty so can bring it back and get it fixed free of charge though you will have to wait several weeks
