Mcdevito75 here, Sometimes not useing a watch is just as bad as over use. Try to set the time and move the hands around a bit, the mechanism is most likely a little stiff, you can also try to tap the watch with something that won"t hurt the finish, (Handle of a Steak knife) at the 2--and 4 O"clock position on the watch and at the 9 O"clock position on the watch caseing not the crystal (glass)
