if the inside is off and you unscrewed the main long throught the door screws than it is more than likely just stuck on by paint, they clamp to the door from each side with those screws, if there a no visible screws then its just stuck

On the next page, you can click on any Lido finish, the instructions will be the same regardless of finish.
Once you 're on the next page, under the red "Technical Documents" heading, choose "Installation Guide".
It will take a moment to download the PDF file of the installation instructions for you to follow.

In section 8 of your instructions is the "Door handing" programming instructions

You need to carefully go through this programming routine without interruption. That should fix it for you. Good luck!

Under the Troubleshooting steps at the bottom, you will see this text:

Q: I just completed the installation of a Smart Code unit on my door; I am unable to operate it manually, although I checked for smooth bolt operation during installation. What should I do?
A: You need to run the "Bolt Direction" routine again; allow the process to run to completion see Section 8 in User's Manual.

So please go through the installation instruction's Section 8 again. (Remove the battery pack first.) It is important to follow this procedure very carefully for success!

It is not removable, it a knob.

You can download them from kwikset here. Just choose your version of the lever, select Installation & Troubleshooting instructions from the search list, and scroll down to the .pdf document file listed in the next window.
But that lever is pretty standard, and there are also some kwikset installation directions here
You can use some pretty generic instructions if you just google "install lockset"., that may have some useful pointers.
