Won't always print the job

I have a Ricoh 1013F. Had a new board put in but still doesn't work right. Went to load updated drivers and had computer locate new hardware. It came back saying Located Ricoh 120. Is this the right driver or do they have wrong board in machine?

ApprenticeYes, that is correct, the 1013f is in the same series as the 120.
