Question about Audiovox D1718PK Portable DVD Player with Screen
Two things can cause the problem you are experiencing,
1.the dvd you are trying to play is bad or
2. the lens of your dvd player is bad
What you should do is to try playing several dvd's to see if they work,if they all do then the particular dvd you are trying to play is bad
If some do not play then the lens is bad ad you should open up the dvd player and clean the lens with a cotton wool dabbed in a little bit of methylated spirit
after cleaning, test the dvd again to see if it plays.
If the problem occurs again, the best solution is to replace the lens of the player because it has become too weak..
