Question about HP OfficeJet 6210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My HP 6210 was working great then all of a sudden no color. Black prints terrific but even after cleaning the heads, 6 times the color stinks! Then when I think I have it fixed boom the next day it stops again and I have to go through the cleaning again; This is costing me $$$ in ink. what is wrong? Can't afford new printer.
Give this a try - from HP Support:
(1) Open the printer
(2) Remove the color ink cartridge from the print head.
(3) Use cotton swabs dipped in hot water to thoroughly clean the print head.
(4) Repeat this until there is no ink residue coming off on the cotton swab.
(5) Once finished, allow to dry and replace the cartridges
(6) Try to print something now
If that does not work then the print head will need to be replaced.
Hope this helps.
