Question about Acer Extensa 4620 Notebook
A critical file that is needed at the boot of Windows is corrupted or completely missing. To see if the file is from a program or driver or Windows itself you must try to boot in Safe Mode - if you can then the problem is outside of Windows. If you would have provided the exact error message from the BSOD it would have helped in identifying the file in question.
But if you can't boot into Safe Mode then it means that windows itself is corrupted and it must be reinstalled. The best way is to reinstall using the recovery partition that Acer has put in your laptop - press Alt and F10 during boot and follow all the instructions as they appear on the screen.
