Error 3 is a message of faulty Optical Pick-up Lens. Replace a new one or have it checked to a service center near you.

My clarion car stereo in my peugeot 206 cc is displaying the message 'ext mute'. I cannot listen to the radio and can no longer play CD's. I've tried turning the system off and on,...

You need to reset the system, disconnect the car battery for 10minutes....... reconnect, enter radio code and should be back to normal.

My Clarion BD216 channel up button won't work and the CD player has an error 6 code. Can this be fixed?

It could be, but at this point with a unit of that age, I would just replace it. Not worth fixing vs the cost of a good new radio being at or below $100

When i put a cd in my DRX7575z cd player it comes up with error 6 i have radio function but no cd

Error 6 means your laser isn't reading disc. Needs replaced pick up laser. I would try first to insert a clean up CD, and test your Cd player with an original CD, if the problem persist, you have to go to fix it to a specialist.

I have an error code 6 for a Clarion DRX5675, any fixes?

According to the manual, error code 6 is when the stereo can't read the table of contents on the CD. This could be due to scratches along the inner tracks of the disc, an audio CD-R that was not closed or finished, or the disc is being inserted upside down. If the error code only appears for a single or few discs, chances are it's not an issue with the player, but the disc(s) themselves.
