Mcdevito75 here, You can try this, 1 of the buttons should say AUTO presss this button and the monitor will automatically adjust, and Or press the MENU button and see if there"s a brightness feature, I believe there is, you can use the little arrows on your monitor within the MENU options. First try the AUTO.
