My washer will not drain the water out their are still clothers in the machine

Sounds like maybe the water pump is messing up. make sure there is nothing in the pipe to the drain or in the drain under the washer tube. I once found a credit card had some how gotten under the tub and blocked the drain hole. it was hard to get out.

Washer won't drain

It sounds as though you may have something in the pump housing such as a coin or small chain which would prevent the implore from turning so remove the pump again and dismantle it if there is something there it will be easy to remove.

Washer machine wont drain

Good Afternoon Danny, this is JK. I understand that your washer is not draining. Is the pump making a humming sound? Yes, than it could be just a restriction in the drain line. If you do not hear a humming sound you might have a bad pump or timer. If all of these suggestions pan out and the problem still persists, think about what may have happened prior to this occurrence. For instance, did you notice any error codes, odors, or other strange functions prior to this issue? If you are still having these issues and can think of anything in particular, please feel free to reconnect. Hope this helps!

Whirlpool cabrio washer f 33 error code

Whirlpool Cabrio strange fix. This thing acted strange, If I went to drain spin it would run trying to work but I could not cancel this function and would have to unplug to reset the machine I had the F 33 fault code, I pulled the drum out and found about $2.00 worth of change. Then I put the washer on it's face and removed the back panel then disconnected the hose to the pump and spun the impeller to make sure no blockage was present. lt was clear so I reassembled the washer and washed one load of clothes and had the same problem occur. Washer would not drain or spin. Went back to work on the washer and in the process of moving it out from the wall I disconnected a 4' hose that I hadn't disconnected the first time that I have running to the drain from the drain hose on the washer, at this point I noticed water coming out of the washer drain hose. To make a long story short my 4' drain hose addition had a ripped up sock plugging the hose. Unbelievably this sock made it through the washer and pump and plugged up the hose. I never thought a sock could make it past the impeller so if your Cabrio is not draining or spinning check the hose past the pump, you may have an easy fix.

Our washer wont spin fast and shuts off saying ND code. what does that mean

ND means that it is Not Draining. Does it make the same water-pump sounds that it used to make at that point in the cycle? In my machine, it sounds like a low-pitched loud hum when it's working.
It might be that your water pump needs replacing. If there is any strange sound (such as grinding) then there might be a coin or something stuck in the pump.

Strange growling sounds on rinse and spin cycle

I would check the motor control board located near the floor on the right side for burnt components. The motor is a 3 phase unit and if one of the phases are working the motor will growl and won't be able to supply the proper torque.

See www.neptunehelp.com for disassembly photos and for more info on the faulty door latch wax motor.

Slow to spin and making a loud noise.

Control boards don't growl, the fry out and die. Sounds like a drive train problem to me. If it's a front load machine, the spindle/bearing assy. has gone to washer heaven. If it's a top load machine... could be the transmission, brake/clutch assy. or the tub bearings. In either case, if it's less than 5 years old, the drive system will be warrantied through the manufacturer. If you could provide a make and model number, I could narrow this down to a fine point.
