Question about Kenmore Washing Machines
Hi, you made a wrong move by disrupting and interrupting the spin cycle of the washing machine which is definitely the reason the machine would not start up.
Interrupting the spin cycle has affected the control board (electrical power related problem) which means the control board needs to be serviced before it can start work again. Contact sears as you have rightly suggested and it will be fixed.
