Because this monitor doesn't have speakers, an audio board or even audio entries so there is no audio chip to fix.
On the other hand if by audio chip you are referring to the chip that amplifies the sound then it's very easy to replace: you unscrew the safety screws that are keeping it glued to the radiator, unsolder the pins and it will just pop out. Finding one will be relatively easy, there are dozens of sites that are selling IC like that, just google for it. It will cost you less than $50.
