It generally indicates a hardware failure.
Try to re seat RAM it may help.
Or it may be a motherboard failure.

Then it is because of motherboard failure and will need a replacement.

Hello,

this indicates that your PC motherboard is not recognizing the Ram. Or the motherboard might be defective. There might as be a conflict on the motherboard.

Open the PC, remove the system Ram, clean the ram slot, clean the Ram and fix it back to its right position. Check other chips/card on the mother board, including the sound card, remove them, clean the slot and fix them back.

Do a general troubleshooting on your PC and make sure all the components on the motherboard and well fixed to their appropriate places. After this, turn the PC back on and let me know what happens next.

Good luck.

Green indicator light flicks about 3-5 times

The power supply has likely detected a short circuit. Hold the front panel INPUT and MENU buttons down for 5 seconds then read the code from the green light. If the light flashes a 2-2 code (2 flashes, followed by a 1/2 second pause, followed by 2 flashes) then pico fuses are blown. A 1-2 code indicates that nothing is wrong. The likely cause for blown pico fuses (FA904 & FA905) is a bad convergence driver IC. The PC board must be resoldered to replace the ICs and fuses.
