Question about Samsung Televison & Video
the fault should be from the sound IC of your TV. But before I conclude on that, get a earphone and fix it into the earphone jack of the TV. If there is no sound from the hear phone, the believe me, there is a problem with the sound IC/chip of the TV.
You need to dismantle the TV, get a meter, read the sound IC of the TV to confirm if the IC is actually bad or not. if its bad, then you will have to replace it.
Also, I have seen some Samsung TV's that has "Speaker Off" check the sound settings of your TV and make sure the speaker settings is not off.
If it ends up that the sound IC is faulty and you cannot do the replacement yourself, maybe you should visit the nearest repairman to fix it for you.
I wish you good luck.
