Question about Bose SoundLink Wireless Music System 3189731100 Speaker System

1 Answer

I am using the Soundlink Wireless music system. Everything was working fine. Now, suddenly, I'm not getting any audio output from the computer. I note that both the 'aux' and 'wireless' light are on - I suspect this might be the reason. How do I turn the 'aux' light off in the unit? pressing the 'aux' button on the remote or the 'wireless' button has no effect. Is there a way to reset the settings?

What happened to my Bose Soundlink? what to do?

You probably fried your Soundlink by using the wrong adapters. In general, an adapter yields the rated output at the rated current so connecting a 19V, 3A adapter instead of a 19V, 1A adapter applied much higher voltage.

Problem getting my bose soundlink to play blue tooth audio from my laptop.

Hi Sirtuan.

Go to the system panel, there choose "sound" . a list with all available sound devices appear. search for your bose soundlink and make it your "standard device".
had the same prob. with my BT headset and this works for me.

if your bose get disconnected the sound should automatically switch to pc speakers.

Gue.

Make sure the Windows computer has the audio output selected to use the computers output hardware.

In the control panel, under "sounds and devices" pane, VOICE tab, that the Voice playback window shows your COMPUTER's audio system AND then check the volume is turned up by clicking the Volume button right under that same window. Now do the same under the AUDIO tab at the sounds and devices pane.

Hi,

Simply plug the small USB key into your computer, turn on the SoundLink system and select your music--iTunes, Pandora®, whatever you like. That's it. No networks to configure, no cables to run. And you can control your music using the handy remote.

Remove the battery in the machine and put back. Also, remove the battery in the remote and insert a good battery.

To turn off youe aux simply press the aux botton on your phone i am sure it will work.

When i play a game such as Battlefield Bad Company 2 on the Xbox 360. The sound works, like you can hear the water flowing, aircraft etc etc, all that is is fine. But when it comes to audio of different ...

Most of the sounds you are hearing good are background sounds. If you are running a surround system, you might want to try adjusting the output of your primary speakers, checking for the correct setting on your receiver, and verifying that your central audio is in the correct section ( receiver output ).

If you are not using surround sound,
Check the in-game menu (Pause) for an audio section, some games allow you to turn the character voices up and the music down. If you don't have that option, try using a new output cord from your xbox to Tv.
