Well this happens when the rollers themselves wear off....
`.) try fanning the paper before placing in machine
2.) store paper in a warm dry place..
3.) the feed treader (where you place the paper) it has feed gears,, clean the gears..
If those fail the rollers have warn too much,, you will need to replace them,, they are consumable parts..
