Question about Craftsman Welding Tools
Check button on the handle to see if it has current running to it. Check the motor that spins the wire to see if the coil inside is continuous using a multimeter, when unplugged.
Check that the wire is routed on to serrated grips of the wheel(s) that rotates to feed the wire.
