- Gray door seal on Maytag MAH5500B, even with the bleach cleaning, has developed heavy black residue which has permiated the material. Further cleaning of this (mold substance) seems fruitless. Is the door seal part available and readily replaceable on a do-it-yourself basis? I am not that handy with such repairs. Is it covered under warranty? - Archie2
