-   I have Had my sidekick 2 for 1 year. when i turn it on none of the buttons work right and once one is pushed is starts to have word pop up that have not been pushed. It also has a pop up on the phone that says there is a hard wear problem please call costumer care but they never answer...
So if this has happened to you please tell me how it was repaired.

My son's sidekick is having the same problem withe the NET7 code that continues to display. I found a repair shop in California that I've called. I'm waiting to hear from them to see if they can fix the phone. the company picks up the postage. you might want to give them a call.
