Sir, I had purchased transcend T.sonic 610 MP3 Player 03 years back. But for few months it was not functioning properly.. The main problem is that device is not recognizing in PC but the charging is happening... I hope the warranty period of this device is 5 years .... but I have lost my bill. Where it can be repaired ? Please assist me by providing any tele No or Mobile No with address of the service centre in Delhi & Pune.....

if you are looking for purchasing a new battery, contact any authorised computer hardware deale. they will provide you with one.
if you intend to repair it, you should loook for authorised notebook service centres present there. the nearest service proffesional coulde be located from the company website.
repairing a battery pack seems impossible.so i would suggest buying a new one
