Question about Apple iPhone 3G
My I phone 3g would not turn on completly. there is an apple logo on the screen and the back light is on. I tried pressing the on button and the round button to restart but only the apple logo shows up. thank you
There might be a problem with the os. if you are in contract with your phone they will charge you nothing . if you have unlocked the phone , connect itto the pc and update it , it will possibly solve your problem .

Download the latest iTunes to your computer and reset the iPhone. Then re-sync it.
To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds. During this time, a red "power off" slider may appear and the screen may go black, but do not release Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.
