I cannot find my usb driver it is always ininstall..?what can i docan you give a link on where i can download it??my os is windows xp home edition sp2?

Go to the website of the manufacturer of your computer. Enter your exact model number into the search bar and you should be given the option for drivers. Select the Operation System, in this case Windows XP Download the proper drivers you need.

1. launch the flash drive web site and download the driver for flash drive.
2. test the flash drive with windows xp service pack 2 operating system,if it works without a driver. then providing a driver for your window will do.or upgrade the os
Try Using An updated Antivirus like Avast Free Home edition and update it via net and scan all your drives. Then try reinstalling your iPod Utility. it Should work.
