Please follow these simple step.
Step 1. Go to Menu > Installation > App. Mgr.
Step 2. You can remove the yahoo go application from there.

You can download the theme in your PC first and save it... Then connect ur usb data cable of your mobile with the PC.. Once it's connected, right click and send the theme to ur mobile..

Unless you made some type of backup of your phone, the only way to restore it will be to re-enter/install/add all of the items that you lost.
Resyncing your phone with your e-mail/calendar/any type of contact management software you may have used will re-import those items.
