Question about Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 USN Lens
I have had my camera for about 2 years. Within the last couple weeks, the autofocus on my lens stopped working completely. Manual focus works. I have another lens for the camera that still works so I know it's not a problem with the camera itself.
There is couple of possibilities like wise when you zoom lens manualy and can you heard the hard noise then could be AF unit itself faulty. AF unit gear is gone.
could be AF shaft broken thats why not focusing
for that please bring to canon service center
