May be you have set your quality level to capture in Raw format. In this camera a single Raw file could be up to and over 20Mb.
To change this or to check it's in your menu and on the 2nd page (after set) and the 2nd one down. You want the Raw to be off, unless you want to shoot in Raw in that case you'll need a large memory card.
In my 512Mb Xd card I get 25 Raw images.

Try formatting the card, It probably contains files that are not deleted. You format the card in the setup menu. Make sure you have saved all images to the computer before formatting.

SOURCE: My camera says memory card is full it's H1GB XD card?

if u have the manual for the camera check and see if the 16mb card is the one recommended for it.

if no manual, then visit the Fuji website for the information.

In addition, check a site like Kodak to see what diff mb cards they have and any capacities that may be listed there.

good luck.

I HAVE A NEW SAMSUNG NX CAMERA IT SAYS MEMORY FULL I ONY TOOK ONE PIC

Did you buy and insert a memory card?
Is the memory card unlocked?
The internal memory is very small and not fit to shoot your pictures.
If you did put in a new memory card, please goto the setup menu and format the card.

My flip camera says its empty but when I try to record it says its full??

Your memory card may think it's full if you've been deleting pics from it when it's in your PC and not in the camera.

If you've offloaded all the pics you want to from your memory card, put it back in your camera and "reformat" the card - there should be instructions how to do this in your camera manual. (If you've misplaced your manual you can likely find an online version on the website of your camera manufacturer). Hopefully this will fix your problem.

From now on, (even if you have to buy a new memory card), don't do any editing or deleting of pics directly on the memory media while it is in your PC (or Mac). Offload your pics to a file of their own on the PC (you can edit pics from that file). Then put the memory card back into the camera, verify that you did indeed successfully offload the pics to the PC (with the media card out of the PC), then delete the pics from the card while it's in the camera.

Reformat the memory card periodically (in the camera) after you've offloaded your pics (reformatting will erase all pics so you've gotta be sure you captured them elsewhere) to maintain the 'health' & full functionality of your memory card.

thanks.

Memory full

Is this on the card, or internal memory?
If it is the card, then reformat it. That should solve the problem.

Cant review pics on camera or computer, but camera says card is full

This occassionally happens with memory cards formatted using FAT. The simplest way for you to get the pics of the card when such a thing happens is to get a card reader. Pop the card in to the card reader, connect it to your PC and transfer the pics. Then format it using FAT32. I have noticed that my card was a lot more reliable in saving pics compared to FAT.

Memory Full but no pics

hi moziz;
you may try resetting it to factory settings, try to search for it in the camera menu. as for your second question; some cameras have internal memory, thus doesn't need memory card while others don't have internal memory and needs memory card.

ill wait for your reply. :)
