Rusty is correct...take a look at this video to help determine if you have a true convergence problem and how to make the convergence adjustments with your TVs original remote.

Your convergence circuit is out. There are 2 big ic chips labeled STKs and possibly a pico fuse (it will look more like a resistor) that is open.You can buy kit online that has parts needed to fix as well as having a guide to walk you through how to repair it. If you get someone else to repair you will probably pay over $300. tvkits
