Reset the power with a 5 min gap on the outdoor isolator and indoor isolator (if applicable) then return with any fault codes/light flashing sequences which will be the fault coce, if it occurs again :)

How I can reset a Clarion MAX385VD?

The fist thing I can suggest you you is unplug any peripheral cables and memory cards, and reset the unit. To reset the MAX385VD, on the lower right side of the unit - there is a pin hole. Inside the hole is a reset button.

To access -bend a paperclip - then insert it into the hole. With the vehicle ON - Press and hold the reset for 5 seconds and then re-try.

Additioanally details find in Clarion MAX385VD_User_Manual

Hope this helps.

I was leaning towards a bad contactor. Either sticking sometimes or not making good contact. I would inspect the contactor for pits or burn marks near the contacts. DO SO WITH POWER OFF of course...but, what's the reset button you are referring to?? I'm assuming this is a heat pump, please send model number!!

Sometimes, when the inside blower shuts down, the outside compressor and fan motor continue to run for some time. Other times, when the inside fan motor is running, the outside fan and compressor motors...

The thermostat has a timer on the on- cycle (5 min delay for the outside unit and blower inside) if you are not gonna call a service guy then ( for $25) you can go to homedepot (whatever you got out there) and buy a honeywell vertical digital heat and ac t'stat.
this one doesnt require you to set it up for a particular application. this may solve your problem. but as for warm air out of the registers you need a service guy to check that

Power window open partially with inside or outside

inside the mechanical lock (The part that actualy holds the door shut when you close it) there is a switch that informs the control unit that the lock is either locked or unlocked.
These switches fail sometimes, when this happens the control unit is not aware that you have opened the door, and therefor will not wind the window down slightly.
The switch is integral with the lock unit, and they are not easy things to replace either.

Panasonic air conditioning model no cu-v9ckp5 inside unit switches on but no fan operation outside unit starts then after approx 1 min whole thing shuts down again

The outside unit has a fan capacitor and it must be faulty!!! thae capacitor tells the fan to rotate and if the fan does not work then the compressor will shut down due to a high head pressure and temperture!! change the capacitor located in the electrical section of the outside unit and it should work fine...

My blower inside my house will not come on. outside unit either

Initially, it doesn't sound like your thermostat is working.
If it has a setting to allow the blower (air mover) to be operated alone or continuously, try that.
Generally, if the inside unit (air mover) won't power up, the outside unit will not turn on for more than a couple of minutes because if the inside unit isn't working, pressure builds up in the lines going to the outside unit and an over-pressure sensor will shut it down again.

No power to the boiler--- breakers are all fine

What type of unit do you have, need details, if it is a split system there will be a pc board inside inside / outside or both units, on the board will be a glass fuse, turn power off at switchboard before removing covers.

Unit will not shut off by itself.

A/C only will not shut off would check for low refrigerant charge. If furnace also will not shut off (remember fan will run for short time before shutting down) then either thermostat is wired wrong or control board is defective
