Question about Samsung Televison & Video
The PSO stands for "progressive scan on" but it should still respond to button presses(sounds like it is locked up). Try press and hold the channel "up" and channel "down" buttons on the front panel for more than 15 seconds to do a factory reset or your model may use the fast forward and rewind buttons or play and fast forward to do the reset procedure(try all three). The reset procedure will only work with the buttons on the front panel...let me know if that works.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
