The problem is from the setting of the projector, there is no faulty component in the projector.
Go to the setting from the main menu, select the multimedia or image option, select either pal or the ntsc to see the viewing option with better picture quality.
from the multimedia option you can view other settings that has to do with the display, either, the contrast, color or brightness settings.
Once it is properly adjusted, the projector will be of good image quality.
