Robo comes on but wheels dont turn and robo just sits there.....I cna see no physical problems as all else appears to be working fine. Thanks for any assistance you can provide. Robo Kleen in new as...

Make sure that your impeller is not clogged. Occasionally hair or linen may get caught in the impeller. Take the top grill off by removing the 2 screws from the top, with the transformer unplugged. Remove the debris and replace the grill. You will also want to check for obstructions in the axle of the drive shaft. Sometimes even small debris can cause the wheels not to turn. You might also want to remove the limit screw for greater wheel movement. These are all pretty common problems with these pool cleaners. Unfortunately, it could also be a problem with the gear box. If this is the case, you will need to have it services professionally.

I have a smart pool dolphin robo-kleen pool cleaner. It keeps blowing fuses. Can you help?

If it is blowing fuses, it sounds like it is going to be your connection to the transformer and not the pool cleaner itself. Unfortunately, if you are not a trained electrician, you should not attempt to fix your transformer. It is very dangerous to try to adjust electrical settings without training, and I can't recommend that you do that.

Robo-kleen only moves back every 2 feet.

You need to check your impeller and your axle bearings. To check the pool cleaners impeller, make sure that the transformer is unplugged to prevent electrical shock. Take the top grill off by removing the 2 screws from the top. Remove any debris that you find and replace the grill. Secondly, check all of the axles and the wheels for debris, hair, or lint that would restrict movement. Make sure that you do not force the wheels. If you aren't able to fix it with these solutions, it could be your gear box or another electronic section of the cleaner. You will need to have it services professionally.

Robo Kleen pool cleaner troublshootong

One thing that you might want to try on these pool cleaners is removing the limit screw on the axle for greater angle of tandem wheels. Make sure your filter bag is not clogged or partially clogged because this cause restrict movement. Check for debris jammed in your drive system (wheels, axles, etc.)
