-   My Q9m also is now consistently showing critical low storage but I have looked through the file manager & cannot find any non critical files or programs to delete. Does anyone know how to find out what is taking up all the memory? The memory manager is useless. It gives you data about the memory but doesn't give you any options on how to change any of it.-   Guest
After deleting all temporary files in EXPLORER (under menu) you can do this. (this freed up at least half of my memory).
Start - Applications - File Explorer - (hit the up button) - Windows - (this takes a moment or two) Messaging. You will now see the attachments folder with one or more files under it. These files are where downloaded messages seem to be stored forever, even if you delete them from all folders in your email accounts. Delete all of these files and then check your memory.

Every time I start the MDA Pro up I get the message: "Storage memory is critically low. If you do not increase storage memory, you may not be able to start some programs. Use File Explorer to delete files you no longer need, or move some files to a storage card."
Needless to say, I've searched for large files but cannot see any that may be removed. I did see some strange files in the Windows directory with a dsm extension. Can they be deleted?
