Then there is a problem with the television. The problem is minor and can be fixed by resetting the menu of the television.
First unplug the television for a little while (for about 5 mins), then you plug it back, turn it on and try to increase the volume to the maximum.
Go to the menu, select the settings, go to the sound options, then you select stereo, go back to the home screen then you turn it off and turn it on, then try to increase the volume television.
Take not that some television used to stop increasing if the volume is being too high to the extent it can spoil the speaker by tearing it. But if the volume is low and does not continue to increase then you have to go through the process above to get it fixed.
