Canon ImageClass MF-5750 fuser removal

Hello. Does anyone have a service manual for this unit? It looks like th fuser in mine is stuck somewhere and paper does not go through the unit when printing. Instead, it becomes accordianed at the input of the fuser. Maybe a paper sensor is stuck, disconnected, or dirty somewhere. Or maybe the fuser needs to be removed and cleaned-out. I've worked on many other printers, but this one looks like a real bugger to remove the fuser for inspection and cleaning. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I found the service manual over the internet and then found the fuser sleeve was damaged and needed to be replaced. I managed to locate one and replace it myself. Now the unit is working fine and has since found a new home where it will get put to good use.

Hello, If the printer will not reset then you still have a piece of paper stuck somewhere in the paper path. Did you power the printer down and back up? Here is manual.

from the left side of machine there are door, when You open them you will have access to fusing unit, but only to the paper exit section.

To dismantle the machine you need to strip all the plastics and much more...

Sir my printer is canon mf 4320d sir it appears paper jam on display but i open rear and front cover but any paper is not found jam please help

I had the same issue, Turned out to be a tiny scrap of paper inside the fuser (the thing in the back behind the "caution hot" sticker. It was nearly impossible to see. I removed the screws on the fuser cover (to loosen, it wouldn't come off), then lowered the top lip enough to see the bright orange fuser roller. The paper scrap was stuck on the right side.

Canon MF 5550 Fuser error

More than likely you have a fuser failure.
either contact canon or whoever you purchased the machine from.
The most likely solution will be to replace the fuser unit.
