Question about Kodak EasyShare DX6490 Digital Camera
I can bearly turn the switch to turn on my camera. Took me 5 minutes to turn on and I missed the picture I wanted to take. Why has this become so hard to turn?
Hello, The problem with the DX6490 is it suffers from bad switch assemblies that wear out over time. There is no magic fix other than a new assembly. Not very cost effective due to the market value of the DX6490. The repair costs more than a replacement camera. Post yours on E-Bay for parts and buy a better one.
Best Regards, Russell
