Dryer spins but no heat

Conventional dryers are usually accessed by removing the rear panel. I would think these would be the same. Unplug the dryer and remove wires from heating element. Test for continuity with an ohmmeter. If there is no reading, the heating element is bad. Disconnect wires from the hi temp thermostat and test with an ohmmeter and if no reading it is bad. Sears has these parts available.

Kenmore dryer doesnt heat

You may also need to change your thermal fuse and the thermostat. On some models the thermal fuse operates the heating element only and others the whole dryer

Washer will not do a spin cycle for rinse or end of cycle

you can check two things,. One is, is the belt broken or stretched, the other is the motor, is the motor turning if the motor is turning then replace the belt. If the motor is not turning replace the motor.

Dryer tumbles won't heat

The problem could be related to one of the following; Not enough power from the house, a bad or broken heating element, a bad thermal fuse, or a brake in the wiring.

Solution
Check the house voltage for 220-240
Do a continuity test on the heating element.
Do OHM reading on thermal fuse.
Check wiring to heating element.

Dryer doesn't work

putzer, I give you credit, this is not the easiest job on this model. If this is a 417 model, on the housing where the element sits inside you have a high limit thermal fuse and control thermostat. According to the diagram I have the high limit should have a black and orange/black wire coming from it. These diagrams can be wrong however. Remove the wires from it and test it with a meter, should show continuity. If it is open, no heat. Catriver...post back.

Dryer probably element or thermostat, washer sounds like a suspension arm collapsed. Price up the parts & then decide if its worth it! Regards
