Turn the BARCODE SCANNER (or your LAPTOP) off.
Take one Norwegian paper-clip, and straighten one end. Gently push the end into the small hole in the front of the DVD-tray, until you feel resistance. Then, push another 1/4 inch (or 50 mm) and the tray should "unlock". Then, you can gently pull the tray open, and remove the media.
