The mouse has a built in capacitor which provides power to run your mouse. When a capacitor gets older they get weaker and will keep the battery low light on constantly. Capacitors are made for storing voltage so the circuitry receives the proper power as needed. I mentioned when they get old the capacitor will not hold the proper voltage as needed. I would just replace the mouse sooner than later for eventually it will plain quit working someday soon

My logitech wireless mouse works fine, but then it acts all weird and closes programs, highlights words on google and i also cause right-click anything. Help Pleasee!!!!

Try changing the batteries if this does not work get a new wireless mouse. Move the sensor over to a place closer to you and away from phones or speakers etc. The closer the sensor is the better the connection a low battery is usually the cause.

Changed the batteries now the mouse doesn't work

Hi there.
Underneath the mouse there should be a small button which is the connect button, press that and also the button on the docking station if there is one.
Also check to make sure the batteries are in the right way as its an easy mistake to make.

Good luck and thanks for choosing FixYa!!

Microsoft Wireless IntelliMouse Explorer 2.0 - low battery pop up

I would disregard the pop up as in most cases the batteries are still good. I'd use the mouse till it stopped functioning. Why it does that I haven't figured out yet. I beleive a value has to be changed in the Registry. If I figure it out I will let you know.
