Question about Televison & Video
It can be deduced from your problem that the fuse located inside the adapter is burnt out,This occurs as a result of excess voltage which is passed into the adapter, the fuse in the adapter tends to protect excess voltage from going directly into the TV unit,
Hence, when excess voltage gets into the adapter, the fuses burns out and voltage cannot flow into the TV UNIT,
The solution is to take apart the adaptor and replace the cylindrical fuse which is burnt out,or as a better alternative, replace the adapter in order to obtain optimum performance in terms of protection of your TV unit.
Thanks and take care.
