Go to this website and type in your car seat info. If they do not have the manual, I would call the manufaturer's number located on your car seat.

GOOD LUCK!

PS I just took my car seat apart to wash the cloth material and found the easiest way to reassemble it was to remove the base during install of the straps and then replace the base.

In need the instructions

This is a seat post mounted bag, with attachments for the rails (2) on the bottom of the seatpost.

1. The straps going over the top of the bag will have to come apart. Removing them from the loop they pass through before re-attaching with the velcro.

2. Undo the straps and then feed them over the metal seat rails.

3. Re-assemble the straps in the same manner they were before and loosely attach the velcro. You will later tighten up the tension on these straps to snug the bag up under the seat.

4. Attach the velcro strap on the posterior of the bag to the seatpost.

5. Now the bag should be supported by the seat post strap and the seat rail straps (2). Hanging loosely and oddly from the seat area.

6. Tighten/snug the straps from step three, so the bag is drawn up against the bottom of the seat. Try adjusting all the straps on the bag until the bag appears to sit well under the seat.

7. DONE

Need to adjust restraining straps up to next position cannot get straps through and cannot see how they come out (No instruction Manual when bought) Actual Model not known but on a label has SI 2008 265776

Contact the manufacturer. They ought to email you a manual within minutes. Manuals for car seats are very important, so you'll know when your child outgrows it. In my car seats, the harness is hooked on the back to a metal buckle-looking thing that is attached to a piece of webbing. The webbing goes under the seat and out the front, where you pull on it to adjust the tension. Simply remove the harness straps from the buckle-looking thing, pull out the front, push through the higher harness strap position, and reattach to the buckle-looking thing.

The best instructions I have found (as I have the same car seat!) were on YouTube. These instructions are really clear as they are in video format and they show you how to fit the seat in both the lie fat and rear facing mode.
In terms of the harness, you may or may not be aware that there a number of adjustments that can be made. The first is that you are able to adjust the positioning of the straps within the seat so that the child is not overhanging the seat. In addition the straps themselves lengthen by adjustment with the buckles on the straps.
I think all of these adjustments are in the instruction manual, which is available on line from the manufacturer if you have lost it.
Hope this helps!

Missing Instruction Manual

https://plweb.evenflo.com/faq_detail.aspx?faqid=4407 the above link is for the manual but here are the instructions. If you have two plastic harness adjusters located on the back of your seat please follow the following steps: On the very bottom of your car seat locate two metal anchors one on each side of the seat, pull the metal anchors out of position and turn them sideways and feed them through to the front of the seat. Release the buckle tongues and chest clip and pull the harness straps to the back of the seat while pushing the chest clips, buckle tongues and harness anchors through to the back of the car seat. Once the straps are completely pulled back through to the front of the seat, make sure the straps are not twisted by clipping the chest clip together and buckling the buckle tongues, then feed the metal anchors through to the bottom of the seat and clip anchors back into place. ********************************************************************* If you have an adjustment strap that is located in between the child?s foot area that allows you to loosen and tighten the straps please follow the following steps: Loosen the harness straps by pressing the harness release button that is located between the child?s legs near the feet area; while pulling on the harness straps from the front of the car seat near the shoulder area.
