I am running XP on my computer, I have system suite 7 & wanted to uninstall it & put system suite 8, it keeps telling me that the patch is not authentic, I have tried windows installer cleanup ulitities & misconfig, which neither one worked. It will not even let me do a restore. I have talked to a couple of real snotty Technical support represenatives from Nova development & they more or less told me I was on my own. I just want this off my computer & I will go with my losses, & purchase a virus scan somewhere else. Can you please help me. Thankyou Kelly cheetah_1960@yahoo.com

Not sure but did you go to control panel and lick on add/remove programs and choose remove? Also above the listing there is often a clik on and it will take you to a update/support site directly.. do this before you remove the program..
