Do you mean that you have a bright blue dot on the screen that stays on all the time???

If this is correct, there is a fault in the display driver where a single pixel or a number of them are turned on all the time. This can be in the pixel driver device or circuit itself, or there may be a fault inside of the Plasma screen itself right at the lit pixel(s).

When you take the set in for service, they will be able to determine the exact fault. If it what I think it is, the service cost may not be feasible. I hope you have an extended warranty on this set!

How do you turn the samsung hm3700 bluetooth on? How do you snyc it to your phone?

To turn on the Samsung HM3700 headset, slide the power switch up. (You can see it's location on the image below). The indicator light below the power switch will blink blue 4 times (purple or red means your battery is low). If it stays blue it is ready to sync with your phone.2_29_2012_5_42_10_pm.jpgThere are 3 ways to sync this device to your phone:
  1. Once the headset is on, hold down the talk button for 3 seconds. (the blue light will stay lit for 3 minutes once you enter pairing/syncing mode).
  • Activate Bluetooth on your phone and search for the hm3700 (keep them close to each other).
  • Select the headset and enter a PIN number if asked.
2.) Active Pairing: Once you have held down the talk button for 3 seconds and the blue light is on, press and hold the talk button again to make the blue light purple.
  • The device will try to automatically connect to your phone for 20 seconds. Your phone should not be connected to other Bluetooth devices during this process.
3.) FreeSync is an application you can download if you have an Android (from the Android Marketplace). It allows you to access your headset settings and I believe it can read your text messages for you (text to speech).
For more information the user manual for your Samsung HM3700 Bluetooth headset can be found here: http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201111/20111116163119314/HM3700_UM_America_B_Rev.1.0_110923_screen.pdf

SSP-R4232 Plasma TV, blue light on, but tv wont turn on.

At this point it appears that your main board is probably bad. You most likely have a 5 volt scource going to the main board but its not powering up the set. The main board is part number BN94-00796A.
You might want to have a technician look at the TV to verify this as the issue before purchasing it. Please take a few moments to rate my answer. Thank you.

Can not get tv to turn on

It's normally a power failure/surge on the main board. Most common with LG tv's of this type. Samsung tv's of this type don't actually turn off, they only go on standby, which is why you can turn the Blue Eye off in the menu. One solution to try (if you haven't already), is to disconnect it from the mains (this is also the only way of actually turning the tv off), leave it for 24 hours, and try again.
