Question about HP LaserJet 4250n Printer
Make sure that all of the buttons on the control panel are not stuck in the in position, other then that this usually will indicate that the logic of the formatter has been damaged and the formatter will need to be replaced... They are a snap to install, just 2 screws hold it to the machine then you would slide it back until it disengages from the machine. If you do end up needing one you can get one pretty reasonable here: Click here for formatter with network card built in
