You cannot operate the scooter while it is plugged in, wait until it is fully charged

Tip

Charging your power chair or scooter the correct way can make them last

Whenever you need to charge your power chair or scooter get into the habit of charging overnight. The battery level indicator lights will tell you if your chair or scooter needs charging. Whenever the lights are down into the yellow and especially if they are in the red. If you have the off-board charger, plug the charger into the charger port in the front of your joystick and then plug the charger into the wall socket or turn the on/off switch on and let it charge overnight. When you get up in the morning the charger should have a red light(power) and a green light illuminated (indicating fully charged) Always turn the charger off or unplug it from the wall socket before you unplug it from the chair or scooter. Never have the power on to the charger when you plug or unplug it from your chair or scooter. Whenever you get new batteries always give your batteries a full charge before use and then if you use the chair daily charge it every night. If you do not use your chair or scooter daily charge it at least once a week. Never leave the charger plugged in and on for more than 24 hours. Your batteries should last you 3-4 years if you charge them correctly.

Charging problem and also it never stands for a long time , new charger is again given from the company but no use , pls help

If you have recieved a new charger, are charging the batteries for 8-10 hours and the scooter has not been stored for a while, the batteries may need to be replaced. Do you have any flashing lights on the controller? Is there any noise or vibration when you operate the scooter that might cause fast battery drain? Batteries usually last 1-2 years with proper self maintenance; if your batteries are older than this they may just be worn out and need to be replaced.

How do I charge my scooter I have lost my instructions

Look in your manual if you lost it then, go to razor.com and request one. But the simple answer is to:
1. Turn off the scooter
2. Plug charger into wall outlet.
3. Find the hole on the side that matches the charger plug(not the wall outlet plug) .
4. Plug the charger into the scooter.
5. Wait until the charger turn off ( if the charger is a smart charger), typical charging time is 4-6hours.

*If not a smart charger you can calculate the charge time by using an online battery charging time calculator.

My batteries are all right but the scooter is not

Two things

1 - Have the batteries been tested with a load tester.

2 - If the batteries are good then you need a new charger.

Check the fuses may have a Blown fuse

Check to see if power supply witch charges the scooter is not faulty
