What kind of TV is it? Do you have a model number of the TV?

Part number is most likely DTV263 or DTV-263 but look at the fuse labeled F1 if it is open more than likely it is your only problem and I am still searching for the value of this fuse but I installed a 5 amp in the set I had that was dead and it is working normally.
