Did you ever get the PC board in and if you did. Did it fix the problem?

I have an ILO-2600 red light lights on front and that's it. It will not turn on at all. I found F1 open on the board labeled DTV-263 or DTV263M. I still have not located the value of this fuse but when it was replaced with a 5 amp the set worked normally.
