HTC doesnt have a PC suite. Microsoft has developed an application named Active Sync to synchronize your windows mobile with PC. you can find it from this link

I don't have cd how to connect mobile to pc
Download microsoft active sync 4.5 for xp or windows mobile device center ( WMDC ) from the MS official site, install it on your pc, restart , in your touch - active sync- connections-check allow usb connections,then just connect it to your pc with the usb cable.Done.Hope this helps.

if any one want htc p3450 or any htc phone themes you can go to www.htcformus.com
and wwhen you install the themes
what you have to do is to put it in the windows folder but dont open it
just put it in the windows folder and then closse the folder and go to the setting then go to today and you will found the thems in it
